Two words.  Set goals.

Set goals for everything.  In a game or match, have a goal.  On any particular play, have a goal.  In school, have a goal.

If you have a goal, you can measure your success against that standard.  If you don't have a goal, it is very difficult to evaluate your own success, and almost impossible to make a change in order to get better.

Goal setting is a skill like any other.  It is not easy to master, but it will make a difference.  It is one of the many mental skills that can be coached or taught that will make you better.

Please contact me to arrange a time to meet or with any questions.
